A Girl on a Mission TV was created by Denise Doherty to highlight artists in the Seattle area that might not have access to other local media.
A former performer herself, Denise saw a gap with media coverage of artists that call Seattle home.
After studying documentary filmmaking at the Seattle Film Institute, A Girl on a Mission TV was born. She is grateful to all artists who have participated in the series.
Denise Doherty holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire with concentrations in communications, business and dance. Also, Denise was awarded a certificate in screen writing from the University of Washington Extension Program.
